The vineyards are located in the hills south of Vicenza in Northern Italy, about 20 miles west of Venice. Here the terroir as well as the climate are ideal and in the hands of renown winemaker Alberto Marchisio, it is little wonder that this wine is so good.\n\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eAfter harvesting and pressing, the grapes are left to cool soak for 24 hours before fermentation. This helps retain the freshness and purity of the wine.
